The Group consists of five partners, all with a background in the hospitality sector. We all share a common goal which has resulted in the creation of the very best Italian delicacies in Valencia. We settled here and opened our restaurants with enthusiasm and passion, and they have become venues where guests can enjoy not only great food, but also a great atmosphere. Our restaurants are casual and informal, with a friendly and relaxed atmosphere, boasting a singular charm.
We are reminiscent of the Italian pastime of inviting family or friends to savour authentic, but not necessarily traditional delicacies. From a hearty dish of pasta to artisan pizza, mouth-watering tapas, tasty rice dishes finished off with a home-made dessert. We love fine Italian dining, which is reflected in the care and attention we give to each culinary creation, and each and every detail of our restaurants. Italian specialities are our main attraction, as well as the fusion of Mediterranean cuisine. We have created culinary concepts that cater to all tastes, allowing guests to discover and savour each one of our restaurants located at different spots around the city.
Our story goes back a little over two decades when we opened our very first restaurant, La Pappardella in 1997. It is not only renowned for its passion for pasta, but also for the wonderful view of the Cathedral. There, diners can relax on the terrace at the foot of the Miguelete Tower. They can savour, among other dishes, traditional mouth-watering Italian pasta with truffle, dried fruits or whatever takes their fancy.
Such was the success of our first endeavour that just one year later in 1998, we were encouraged to open another great restaurant: the Al Pomodoro pizza restaurant. Over the years, it has become renowned as the best pizza restaurant in Valencia with its delicious, shared platters. It is a “must” when in Valencia, dining on the terrace with views of the Valeriola Palace, enjoying the finest Italian cuisine.
In 2016, and with great enthusiasm, we opened La Chipirona Playa, located on the Patacona beachfront specialising in seafood tapas. In 2017, encouraged by the very positive feedback and a great deal of love for the project, we opened La Chipirona, a seafood restaurant in the very heart of Valencia. Undoubtedly, as a response to their passion for the fusion of Mediterranean cuisine, La Chipirona has become a must see for foodies. There in the Canovas district of the city with views of Antiguo Reino de Valencia Avenue, diners can savour delicious rice dishes, succulent fish, or mouth-watering tapas. In 2020, La Chipirona Playa grew and later relocated to beautiful new premises located among the “casitas” fishing houses along the Patacona beach promenade.
In 2019 we were given a new project and we fell head over heels with it due to both its location and its premises. This marked the birth of Líndala Restobar, a culinary concept based on traditional Valencian cuisine of yesteryear with subtle gastronomic influences from other countries from around the world. It reflects the great deal of care and attention that has gone into it and provides the very best dining experience. With the intention of providing a meticulous fusion of Valencian and Mediterranean cuisine, the restaurant opens any time of the day or evening for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. A vice is a vice and at Líndala – a great name with a poignant story behind it – all our dishes will leave you wanting to come back for more. From bravas potatos and Cantabrian anchovies, to a platter of Iberian charcuterie or moreish cheeses you can’t help but fall in love with!
Despite the hard times, we’ve continued to grow, always providing a mouth-watering selection of tasty dishes, not forgetting serving up the best pizza in the centre of Valencia.

This is a rating applied to certain products from a particular region that meet the very highest standards of quality and tradition. It is part of our DNA, not just being charming restaurants, but bolstered by our original and fresh approach.

Our philosophy is simple: be Italian outside of Italy, safe our guests from the everyday stereotypes and clichés. Rather than cover our walls with photos or pictures of Italian tourist hot spots or painting them red, white, and green, we have gone for authenticity. Our dishes stand out thanks to their CDO ingredients, their flavour, and their presentation. There is no better example of “Italian-ness” than them! While our restaurants have become synonymous with the best late afternoon/early evening dining (“tardeo”) in Valencia.

There are boundless rice and fish restaurants in Valencia. But we serve up fish and seafood tapas with an unusual creative twist. A warm and welcoming atmosphere, original dishes with some innovative twists, are fused together with an explosion of flavours to delight both the palate and the other senses. A hearty cuisine you are bound to enjoy!

This restaurant focuses on the traditional Cabañal cuisine while adding a unique twist to all our recipes. Being a neighbourhood renowned for its promenade and palm trees, different cuisines abound. But our recipes are delightfully original!
